• Design, build, and maintain custom AI agents • Use tools like Zapier, Glean, and Gemini for workflow automation • Collaborate closely with Technology teams for AI-enabled workflows • Develop a library of high-performing prompts and models • Vet new tools and vendors in collaboration with Technology counterparts • Host 'AI Office Hours' to upskill the marketing team • Build and maintain an internal 'AI Playbook' • Develop and optimize marketing AI performance measurement systems • Liaise with AI Governance teams to mitigate risks • Coach marketers through AI integration
🎯 Requirements
• Deep experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) • Mastery of automation platforms to connect APIs • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript • Solid understanding of AI ethics, copyright issues, and data security • 5+ years of experience in SEO, AI, Marketing, Operations or similar field
