📋 Description

• Own the product development process for specific AI educational tools, from concept through launch and iteration • Establish success metrics and use data to continuously optimize product effectiveness • Work closely with teachers and students to design intuitive, engaging AI experiences that integrate seamlessly into classroom workflows • Conduct user research to validate approaches and identify improvement opportunities • Partner with curriculum teams, AI engineers, and designers to ensure AI products are educationally sound and technically feasible • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI features that enhance teaching and learning • Contribute to experimental AI initiatives and prototype development, helping test and validate new concepts in educational settings • Work with marketing and sales teams to effectively communicate AI product value to educators and administrators • Study the educational AI landscape to identify opportunities, track emerging competitors, and inform product positioning • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure AI products meet standards for reliability, accuracy, and educational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience shipping user-facing digital products • Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in education • Strong user experience and design thinking skills • Excellent project management and organizational abilities • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product decisions • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree • Preferred: Experience in EdTech, particularly with curriculum, assessment, or classroom technology • Preferred: Background in education as a teacher, instructional designer, or curriculum developer • Preferred: Experience with agile product development methodologies and rapid prototyping • Preferred: Understanding of educational standards and learning sciences principles • Preferred: Familiarity with AI safety and ethical AI implementation • Preferred: Experience working with large-scale educational content management systems
