📋 Description

• Launch Monetization campaigns • Track performance against goals • Drive clarity and follow-up • Surface insights and opportunities • Support experimentation and optimization • Maintain documentation and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, product management or marketing analytics in a product-led organization • Deeply customer-centric - you drive results but not at the expense of the customer experience • Strong analytical skills - you can interpret metrics and dashboards, and are eager to build your own in Amplitude (with support!) • Proven ability to support cross-functional projects and follow through to completion • Curiosity and initiative to find answers, not wait for them • Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with many stakeholders • A love for documentation, systems, and process that make teams move faster
