📋 Description

• Assist with the documentation of our core services - all missions critical to our operations. • Help us continue to improve our business and agreements. • Manage internal and external timeline for agreement turnaround time. • Assist in improving existing agreements and implementing changes broadly with various internal teams. • Monitor client agreement workflows and advise as the primary legal counsel for workflows owned by the counsel. • Have a deep knowledge of the strategy of Anchorage Digital and its various business lines. • Actively engage with different groups to work on understanding historical transactions as well as requirements for executing on go-forward global strategy. • Able to communicate complex issues clearly and credibly across a wide range of audiences. • Communicate, organize and execute on cross-team goals and projects, by advising internal teams to solve legal issues during negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a J.D. degree and 3-6 years of experience. • You have a background in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and deal documents and are comfortable facing highly-sophisticated institutional clients and counterparties. • You have demonstrated experience working closely with the business and other cross functional teams to build new products, solve complex issues, and strategize growth. • You have enthusiasm for crypto and a foundational understanding of the crypto industry and applicable laws/regulations both in the U.S. and internationally. • You demonstrate close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. • You have the ability to execute with moderate supervision and balance commercial and legal realities. • Although not a requirement, bonus points if: you were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system.
