📋 Description
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's goals and market demands. • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes. • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life. • Collaborate with enterprise, MSME, and startup customers to gather insights and ensure the product aligns with their unique needs. • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility. • Define and track product performance metrics (KPIs) to assess success and drive continuous improvement. • Advocate for customer needs and act as the voice of the user.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, AI, or B2B platforms. • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex products in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of AI technologies, marketplaces, and SaaS solutions. • Proficient in creating product roadmaps, defining user stories, and prioritizing features. • Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar project/product management tools. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
