• Every day, ANDRITZ continues to deliver successful innovative solutions to our customers globally. • Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the goal of this position is to sell roll covers and bowed rolls to the industrial and/or paper manufacturing market. • Optimizes operating efficiencies of customers’ equipment utilizing proprietary modeling software programs. • Ensures trouble-free runs of roll covers and bowed rolls through proper selection of products. • Works with customers to solve machine operating problems through innovative applications. • Develops strong inter-reliant relationships with customers through quality on-site service. • Manages the post-sale activities of an order to ensure timely deliveries of a quality product. • Communicates field activity, including sales opportunities to the appropriate Regional Sales Manager. • Manages an expense budget within the guidelines provided.
• Degree preferred in Engineering or Business • Extensive maintenance, production or sales experience within the paper or other related applicable industry. • Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A proven mechanical aptitude • A strong entrepreneurial drive. • Strong computer skills including solid understanding of Word, Excel and general database management. • Extensive travel required within the assigned region.
