• The Area Sales Manager will be servicing and growing the Installed Base of equipment in the assigned territory by selling repair services, refurbishments, upgrades, parts, process optimization, and equipment training. • The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for covering all ANDRITZ Separation product lines including centrifuges, belt filter presses, screens, and ancillary equipment. • They will report to the Regional Service Sales Manager and work very closely with the various Service Center Managers and Product Specialists. • Calls on customers in the Area on a regular basis to grow the business. • Maintains active communications with respective in-house personnel. • Assure customer satisfaction throughout the Area.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent relevant experience. • Experience is a must in the Industrial (Petrochemical/Pulp & Paper/General Chemical) and Municipal Industry (Water & Wastewater) • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including team leadership. • Established relationships with customers in the area is preferred. • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and practices. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel (overnight travel is required).
