âą ANDRITZ Metals USA is seeking a National Sales Director â Mill Aftermarket âą Lead sales and customer development across North America's steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metal mills âą Responsible for hiring, developing, and managing a team of Regional Sales Managers âą Drive revenue growth across spare parts, retrofits, upgrades, maintenance services, and strategic service agreements âą Promote ANDRITZ as the preferred aftermarket partner for plant reliability and performance âą Manage key account relationships with strategic mill accounts
âą Minimum 10 years of industrial sales experience âą 5+ years leading sales teams âą Experience working with metal-producing mills (steel, aluminum, or non-ferrous) âą Proven success selling aftermarket solutions such as spare parts, retrofits, rebuilds, or service contracts âą Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning capabilities âą Experience with key account management and enterprise-level selling âą Data-driven and CRM-proficient; strong reporting and forecasting abilities âą Willingness to travel extensively (50%+)
