📋 Description
• Quarterly preparation of the income tax provision under ASC 740 including: • Calculating the tax provision under ASC 740 • Gathering inputs from accounting and finance stakeholders • Assisting with questions from external auditors • Preparation of management reporting summaries • Preparation of the SEC disclosures • US Tax compliance management: • Working with third party service providers to facilitate the US income tax returns • Gathering PBC requests for third party preparers • Reviewing tax returns prepared by third party • Reviewing and managing quarterly estimated tax payments • General tax items: • Cash tax forecasting • Research new income tax laws applicable to Angi • Review foreign income tax returns for return to provision adjustments • Ad hoc income tax related projects
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of work experience in corporate income tax (Big 4 experience preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in accounting • CPA or Masters Degree in Account / Tax • Corptax experience preferred
