📋 Description

• Design and execute Anima’s end-to-end demand generation strategy across events, content, partnerships, and PLG. • Build scalable growth loops, automations, and workflows that drive qualified leads and measurable ROI. • Create and optimise lifecycle campaigns that turn awareness into activation, conversion, and advocacy. • Develop bold events, storytelling, and social campaigns that expand brand awareness and credibility. • Build and scale a customer storytelling and ambassador engine that turns users into public champions. • Partner with Product to embed PLG mechanics like referrals, onboarding nudges, and sharing loops. • Use data and experimentation to uncover new growth levers, refine ICPs, and optimise targeting. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align growth systems with business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or lifecycle marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS or PLG environments. • Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns across events, content, email, partnerships, and automations with measurable ROI. • Skilled in positioning, copywriting, and segmentation with a strong grasp of customer psychology. • Deeply motivated by building technology that empowers people and advances AI-driven healthcare.
