📋 Description

• Represent ANI’s PCG (Purified Cortrophin Gel) for Acute Gouty Arthritis to Primary Care, Family Practice, General Practice, Internal Medicine, Podiatry, and Orthopedic physicians and healthcare professionals • Drive market development, disease awareness, and patient identification strategies within the territory • Promote ANI’s PCG through clinical education and strategic engagement with targeted healthcare professionals • Build and execute territory-specific plans to drive physician awareness, patient identification, and market growth • Educate providers and staff on treatment access, insurance coverage, and documentation requirements • Coordinate with Market Access, Patient Support Services, and Medical Affairs to support patient onboarding and therapy initiation • Maintain communication logs and follow-up documentation to support continuity of care • Cold call and engage new accounts across Primary Care, Podiatry, and Orthopedics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure logistical readiness and patient support • Help build and scale a new commercial footprint within the Acute Care business • Demonstrate compliance and integrity in all interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales • Strong understanding of patient access, prior authorizations, and appeals • Familiarity with gout flares, clinical presentation, and treatment pathways • Ability to navigate complex insurance and documentation requirements • Experience coordinating care across multiple stakeholders • Strong clinical knowledge and strategic thinking • Experience working with Primary Care, Podiatry, or Orthopedic practices strongly preferred • Ability to travel overnight 40–60% depending on territory needs • Valid driver’s license required • RN or clinical background is a plus but not required for candidates with strong access-driven sales experience • Familiarity with specialty distribution and patient support services is a plus
