• Review all types of condominium projects, including FHA HRAP, FHA single unit approval, and VA submissions • Help to create process efficiencies • Maintaining the condo project approval database • Contributing to team meetings and other team work product
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years condominium project approval experience • Ability to analyze documentation with attention to detail • Understanding of condo project insurance requirements • Thorough understanding of conventional condominium requirements, including litigation • Thorough understanding of VA entire project requirements and submission process • Proven ability to contribute to a condo project team at an enterprise level • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized and solution oriented • Team player with a positive attitude • Strong client service focus and customer service skills • Able to work independently and ability to multi-task
