📋 Description
• We are seeking an experienced and innovative RCM Manager to lead our Revenue Cycle Management team. • Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle management process, ensuring timely billing, collections, and accurate financial reporting. • Identify opportunities for automation within existing RCM processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual labor. • Collaborate with other departments to integrate RCM strategies with overall company objectives. • Implement and oversee assessment tasks for staff to ensure they have the necessary programming and data analysis skills. • Provide training and development for the RCM team to enhance skill sets and operational knowledge. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and financial metrics related to revenue management. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on automation and process optimization. • Demonstrated expertise with AthenaHealth systems. • Proven experience managing revenue cycles for telehealth or virtual care services. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Familiarity with healthcare billing systems and regulatory requirements.
