📋 Description
• Maintain and update website content, offers, and promotions (Magento preferred). • Conduct regular site checks and act as first contact for website issues. • Compile marketing and customer data for reports and performance tracking. • Maintain documentation for marketing processes and operations. • Provide backup support for operational functions and special projects. • Prepare and update data and spreadsheets for cross-functional teams. • Manage email and SMS campaigns, contact lists, and data integrity (Dotdigital or similar). • Audit and improve campaigns, schedule automations, and support new deployments. • Create and QA email templates aligned with brand standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience working with Excel and large data sets. • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (Magento preferred). • Basic understanding of HTML and email automation fundamentals. • Comfortable using Monday.com and Slack for communication and project management. • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset. • Clear communication skills and ability to work across marketing and sales teams. • Availability to work online NZ time zone. • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
