📋 Description

• The Director of Marketing is a senior leader responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. • This individual oversees all marketing functions, including digital marketing, branding, content strategy, public relations, market research, and product marketing. • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives. • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to foster creativity, performance, and growth. • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment of business goals. • Define and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization. • Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI. • Direct the creation of engaging content for various channels (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, video, etc.). • Manage public relations, media outreach, and external communications strategies. • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis. • Work with Product Management to launch new products and features, including go-to-market strategy. • Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred). • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership position. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Experience in B2B, B2C, or industry-specific marketing (e.g., SaaS, retail, healthcare, etc.) depending on the organization.
