• Actuarás como Business Process Consultant en proyectos increíbles de empresas líderes en sus sectores y tendrás las siguientes responsabilidades: • Realizar el mapeo de requisitos de negocio siguiendo las buenas prácticas de la plataforma ServiceNow. • Conducir workshops de procesos y mejores prácticas dentro de ServiceNow. • Elaborar historias de usuario y planificar sprints (utilizando la metodología SCRUM). • Acompañar el desarrollo y las pruebas integradas y funcionales de las soluciones de nuestros clientes en la plataforma ServiceNow.
• Experiencia en la implementación de ServiceNow o plataformas similares, preferentemente en el módulo SPM. También consideraremos experiencia en otros módulos como ITSM, ITBM o CSM. • Experiencia liderando la implementación de plataformas de soluciones. • Experiencia en metodologías Ágiles (Scrum). • Inglés intermedio. • Habilidad de comunicación y relacionamiento interpersonal en diferentes niveles, además de experiencia en la realización de presentaciones y workshops. • Contar con al menos una de las siguientes certificaciones: CIS ITSM, CIS CSM, CIS HRSM, CIS Discovery, CIS Mapping, CIS VRM o CAD. • Inglés fluido.
