📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product backlog, define user stories, prioritize features, and work closely with the development team to ensure successful delivery • Contribute to defining the product roadmap in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities • Partner with developers to evaluate different implementation options and ensure features are built in the most cost-effective, scalable, and maintainable way • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure product alignment and a successful go-to-market strategy • Own the creation and publication of clear, concise, and customer-facing release notes for each product update • Ensure internal product documentation is current and provide enablement sessions for customer-facing teams • Help recruit, mentor, and guide a growing team of Product Owners under your leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS environment • Experience working on B2B software products is highly desirable • Experience in logistics — especially in last-mile delivery — is a strong asset • Familiarity with software development practices, APIs, cloud platforms, and system integrations • Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc..) principles and hands-on experience managing product backlogs • Demonstrated ability to weigh technical feasibility, development effort, and business impact when making product decisions • Must speak French well enough to communicate effectively with internal bilingual teams • Must be able to speak and write fluently in English
