📋 Description

• Establish and scale Apex’s Commercial Ops function, integrating pricing, sales, project management, marketing, and operations under a unified commercial framework • Support the Regional Commercial Leads to translate commercial strategy into operational models that support both project-based consulting and recurring service revenue streams • Lead the rollout and operationalization of Apex’s newly designed pricing model across all practice areas while continuing to own and optimize it utilizing qualitative and data-backed input from the field • Build governance processes that ensure deal quality, price realization, and alignment with pricing model outputs • Design and manage approval frameworks that drive consistency and accountability in commercial decisions • Support CGO in refinement of CRM strategy, configuration, and adoption to support Apex’s evolving sales and service delivery processes • Ensure CRM workflows enable accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and project delivery integration • Drive visibility into pipeline performance across services and regions, ensuring disciplined execution • Develop robust reporting on pipeline health, pricing effectiveness, sales productivity, and customer profitability • Deliver forecasting models that provide visibility into growth opportunities, practice area performance, and customer lifetime value • Deliver training, playbooks, and KPIs for Sales and Project Managers to improve opportunity conversion and value articulation • Build a KPI framework that measures price realization and account growth • Ensure enablement tools are consistent, practical, and tailored to Apex’s service-based business model • Collaborate with Operations and Growth teams to define and align on growth goals, sales enablement, and commercial strategy development • Coordinate with Regional Commercial Leads to ensure understanding of pricing methodologies / strategies, commercial growth goals, and value messaging frameworks • Work with Finance and IT to align revenue tracking, profitability analysis, and technology systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field • At least 8 years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, or commercial operations roles • Experience with pricing, sales enablement, and GTM strategy in a project-based services environment • Well versed in a BI Platforms (Domo, Power BI, Oracle, etc.) • Strong command of analytics, forecasting, and CRM tools • Excellent communication and training skills with proven success influencing commercial teams.
