📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, and final delivery. • Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects within a PMO and matrixed organizational structure. • Apply Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies to meet diverse project needs. • Serve as the primary bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity. • Develop and deliver clear, concise project status reports, risk assessments, and updates to senior leadership. • Identify project dependencies, risks, and resource constraints, proactively implementing mitigation strategies. • Oversee projects related to AI integration, software development, and business process improvements. • Utilize project management tools to track timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics, with a strong preference for Smartsheet. • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams supporting educational and upskilling initiatives. • Ensure projects align with organizational goals and support the modernization of internal workflows. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required) • Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience within a PMO • Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed organizational structure • Industry experience in higher education, professional IT certification training, or IT skilling/upskilling • Proven success delivering projects related to AI implementations, software development, and business process improvement • Expert-level knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management frameworks • Proficiency in project management software; Smartsheet experience strongly preferred
