• Manage a roadmap of enhancements for our core digital banking integrations including but not limited to: Bill Payment, Mobile Remote Deposit Capture, and New Account Opening. • Evaluate and improve the member experience for all key user journeys. • Conduct usability studies of current and proposed designs to optimize the member experience. • Build and deploy new 3rd party integrations for features and functionality including but not limited to: chat, artificial intelligence, loan payments and P2P money movement. • Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency between external vendors and internal organizational requirements. • Implement approved projects to enhance efficiencies in Digital Services. • Maintain policies and procedures related Digital Services. • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and Credit Union policies and procedures.
• Bachelors degree in a business or technical field required • Five years of experience working with APIs and SSOs required • Five years of experience overseeing Digital products and/or services required • Experience working in a credit union or similar financial institution preferred • Strong knowledge of Digital Services channels • Project management and team directing skills to implement new products, services and systems • Strong PC and/or Mac experience required
