⢠Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy from scratch. ⢠Launch, optimize, and scale paid user acquisition campaigns (Meta-first). ⢠Build and manage web2app conversion flows and attribution setup. ⢠Drive continuous A/B testing and growth experimentation. ⢠Analyze performance data (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and own marketing analytics. ⢠Work hands-on with the creative team: briefings, feedback, and performance insights. ⢠Collaborate closely with the product team to align growth with the product roadmap. ⢠Coordinate and lead the marketing team (User Acquisition, Creative, Content, Influencer). ⢠Lead marketing from day one with full autonomy and path toward a C-level position.
⢠Strong understanding of Facebook algorithms. ⢠3+ years of experience with Facebook Ads tools. ⢠Ability to analyze key metrics and work with models like CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, and ROI. ⢠Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI Tools. ⢠Good technical skills in FB Pixel and CAPI. ⢠Experience managing >$200k monthly budgets in verticals with high competition. ⢠Upper Intermediate English or higher. ⢠Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy. ⢠Bias for action and ownership mentality. ⢠Advantage: Experience of building a marketing department from scratch.
