📋 Description

• Design, implement, and integrate Sandvine solutions into customer production environments. • Perform system installations, configuration, and deployment testing across on-prem, virtualized, and cloud platforms. • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues during deployments and post-deployment. • Optimize solutions for customer-specific network architectures and use cases. • Create and maintain technical documentation including deployment guides and post-deployment reviews. • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and delivery commitments. • Stay current with evolving technologies and leverage AI tools to improve delivery and troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including IP, TCP/IP, and protocols such as RADIUS, DNS, and DHCP. • Hands-on experience with Linux systems for configuration and troubleshooting. • Experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, or similar). • Exposure to cloud and virtualization technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, or KVM. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment. • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support project delivery. • Preferable a USA citizen.
