📋 Description

• Guide end-to-end client implementations • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, work breakdown structures, and success metrics. • Develop and maintain other PM artifacts that clearly define milestones, dependencies, roles and communication. • Facilitate daily project alignment and other required project meetings, track progress, tasks, dependencies, and risks to ensure stakeholder alignment • Scope and schedule management • Collaborate with technical SMEs and key stakeholders to develop task lists, hours estimates and solutioning. • Build and maintain strong internal and client relationships • Facilitate executive-level presentations, project updates, and post-implementation reviews. • Drive change management efforts, ensuring user adoption and smooth transitions. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate as necessary • Other duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of technical project management experience, preferably client-facing, leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with project management tools, preferably ServiceNow • Bachelors Degree in Business or Technology • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience collaborating with internal, vendor and client project management staff • Experience in security, disaster recovery and/or business continuity a plus • PMP certification a plus
