📋 Description

• Provides technical support on engagement workstreams during client engagements • Communicates and coordinates internal and external restoration specific tasks • Provide daily updates on status of client engagement work accomplished to internal stakeholders • Attend, when required, client-facing collaboration rooms • Provide technical support for client engagements in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions

🎯 Requirements

• Competent level skill in the following skill topics: Routing/Switching, VMware, Backups, Hyper-V • Advanced level skills in the following skill topics: Active Directory, XDR/EDR, Forensic collections • Technical acumen, problem solving, communication, and analytical skills • Ability to operate across various time zones
