🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field • A minimum of 2 years of financial planning & analysis experience • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI is a plus • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the explain analyses to senior leadership and business partners with varying proficiencies in finance • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities. • Results oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset. • Strong financial management background and success working with a highly competent and innovative executive team. • Amenable to work: Midshift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 MN PHT
