• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field. • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including reporting, workflow automation, and data management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Amenable to work in Eastern Time Zone (Nightshift work schedule)
