• Establish and deepen relationships with our SMB customers. • Help customers realize the full value of Aptible across their organization. • Onboard new customers, deliver ongoing support and enablement, and drive customer retention and expansion. • Develop a thorough understanding of our product and pricing in the first 30 days. • Take ownership of assigned accounts and ongoing relationship building in the first 90 days.
• 3-5+ Years of Experience in Technical Account Management, or Relevant Customer-Facing and/or Technical Role • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excel at articulating complex concepts to technical (e.g. CTOs, Software Engineers, etc.) and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong interest in joining a small, highly collaborative Customer Success Team, and a track record of success in fast-paced environments. • Experience in Sales, particularly in the developer tools space (Nice-to-Have). • Passion for leveraging AI technology to improve how you and your teams operate (Nice-to-Have).
