📋 Description

• Define clear project goals, deliverables, timelines, and required resources. • Communicate project plans and processes to internal teams and appropriate stakeholders. • Coordinate and schedule discovery sessions and requirements verification calls with client stakeholders. • Attend daily stand-ups to gather status updates; prepare status updates for client presentation. • Manage project budgets and provide client budget updates and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. • Proactively identifying technical and other project risks, and addressing any technical issues that come up. • Acting as a main point of contact for project status, host project meetings providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders and team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on technical project management experience; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and API integrations. • Experience leading large-scale implementation or integration projects, ideally in consulting or professional services environments. • Experience creating project plans including timeline, deliverables, hours, and budget planning; with proven skills in risk identification and management. • Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. • Proficiency with ClickUp or comparable PPM tool such as Asana, SmartSheets, or Jira. • PMP, CAPM, CSM or equivalent certification is a plus!
