📋 Description

• Analyze operational workflows, business processes, and modernization opportunities across VFMP programs. • Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, automation, reporting, and operational performance. • Support strategic planning and implementation activities for modernization initiatives. • Assist with analysis of healthcare claims, eligibility, appeals, and operational business processes. • Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. • Support development of business requirements, workflows, and operational documentation. • Serve as Scrum Master for Agile project teams supporting VFMP modernization initiatives. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement. • Track sprint progress, team velocity, risks, issues, and dependencies. • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams. • Support project planning, scheduling, and portfolio management activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting program analysis, project coordination, or Agile project delivery. • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare administration, Information systems, public administration, Project Management, or related field. • Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum methodologies within cross-functional teams. • Experience supporting large-scale modernization, transformation, or systems implementation projects. • Experience developing business requirements and operational process documentation. • Experience supporting stakeholder coordination and executive reporting.
