• Represent Aqua Expeditions and its vessels in South East Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Indonesia) • Act as primary sales responsibility for all trade bookings sourced in this territory • Facilitate entry into international tour operator brochure programs and other sales and marketing channels • Meet and exceed sales target for the assigned region • Help develop and implement Yearly Sales Plan, Strategy and Budget • Assure proper execution of sales strategy and budget • Maintain ongoing relations with trade Affiliations and Memberships • Constant support to the Reservations team and Expeditions Consultants to assist in improving sales conversions • Negotiate, follow-up and develop all potential Charter contract agreements with clients • Monitor competition and be aware of their market actions, initiatives and promotions to feed marketing team with information
• Business Administration or Professional in Sales career + 10 years’ luxury sales experience in the travel industry and extensive regional travel • Native Vietnamese, advanced English, preferrable Spanish and French too • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines • Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients • Using CRM systems, sales software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools • Finance management and Financial Analysis • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and documents • Ability to anticipate needs, identify problems, and develop effective solutions • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
