📋 Description
• Overseeing customer, vendor and dealer accounts payable • Streamlining processes and ensuring operational excellence • Managing a team of Accounts Payable professionals • Handling customer refunds and vendor accounts payable • Collaborating with Treasury and external bank partners • Overseeing unclaimed property escheatment and vendor 1099 process • Managing state license, franchise, sales and use tax processes • Assisting with lender and financial audits • Identifying and implementing automation for process efficiency • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required • 7 years accounting and/or audit experience in progressively elevated roles required (Fortune 500 experience preferred) • 3 years of people management experience required • 2 years public accounting experience preferred • Certified Public Accountant (active or inactive) preferred • Able to communicate with all levels and work cross functionally • Experience with designing, implementing and measuring financial controls • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
