📋 Description

• Overseeing general accounting functions • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations • Leading special projects • Preparing and reviewing cash movement across multiple entities • Performing bank statement reconciliations • Managing accounting for repurchases • Training, documentation, and execution of loan and pool accounting processes • Reviewing analyses to determine required daily cash movement by legal entity • Documenting accounting processes in accordance with GAAP • Identifying and recommending efficiencies to support scalable operations • Evaluating financial risk and designing controls to mitigate risk

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 5 years of accounting experience in progressively responsible roles required • 2 years of people management experience required • CPA required • Financial industry experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
