📋 Description

• Lead infrastructure strategy and modernization. You will define and execute the roadmap for Infinity's cloud infrastructure. • Build a modern DevOps practice. You will strengthen our deployment and operational capabilities. • Drive innovation through AI and emerging technologies. You will lead the evaluation and adoption of AI-powered capabilities. • Lead and develop the team. You will coach, mentor, and support a small team of Infrastructure, DevOps, and QA professionals. • Partner across the business. You will work closely with Product, Development, and business leaders to understand priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• The leadership. You have experience leading and developing technical teams. • The infrastructure expertise. You have experience designing, building, and supporting secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. • The DevOps mindset. You have experience building and improving infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing practices. • The technical curiosity. You stay current with emerging technologies and enjoy exploring new ways to solve business challenges. • The strategic and analytical thinking. You can evaluate technical and business requirements and recommend practical solutions. • The collaboration and communication skills. You build trusted relationships across Product, Development, and business teams.
