🎯 Requirements
• Previous WFS experience • Strong communication skills • Comfortable appearing and speaking on video calls • Ability to work independently • Implementation consulting experience a must • 5+ Years working in a SaaS environment • 3+ Years working with WFS in an implementation capacity • Certified in WorkForce Functional Implementations • Certified in WorkForce Configuration • Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP a plus
