📋 Description

• Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture • Train employees to Aramark standards • Supervise housekeeping and front desk staff • Monitor performance and provide feedback to the Manager • Oversee workload assignments and ensure equitable distribution • Conduct inspections of accommodations, living areas, and room readiness • Monitor room inventory and coordinate housekeeping and janitorial inventory requirements • Lead toolbox meetings focused on safety, hospitality, and guest service • Address guest concerns and escalate issues as required • Support front desk operations during peak periods • Participate in safety meetings and emergency response procedures • Deliver exceptional service to guests and employees • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and safety alarms • Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral English • Must be able to see without impairment for inspection purposes • Ability to read small text such as product warning labels • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol test • Successful completion of a criminal background check
