📋 Description

• Oversee delivery of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, RISE with SAP, and BTP projects deployed on public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Act as an executive sponsor on key accounts, ensuring successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction. • Manage delivery team performance, utilization, and profitability across engagements. • Build and lead high-performing delivery teams composed of SAP architects, cloud engineers, and project managers. • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architecture teams to scope opportunities and transition from pre-sales to delivery. • Ensure governance, reporting, and delivery methodologies are aligned to best practices for SAP in the public cloud. • Track and improve delivery KPIs such as margin, utilization, and CSAT/NPS. • Champion continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development across delivery teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline. • MBA or relevant master's degree preferred • 10+ years of consulting or professional services experience, including 5+ years focused on SAP cloud programs. • Demonstrated success delivering SAP S/4HANA Cloud, RISE with SAP, or BTP solutions in public cloud environments. • Experience with cloud hosting platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple engagements. • Proven ability to engage senior-level clients and manage executive stakeholder relationships. • Deep understanding of delivery metrics including utilization, gross margin, and project profitability. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage across functions and executive levels. • Track record of driving operational excellence and scalable delivery practices. • SAP or cloud platform certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, SAP Activate) preferred • Experience working in or alongside large system integrators or SAP ecosystem partners preferred • Strategic leadership, executive-level communication, team development, conflict resolution, and innovation skills
