📋 Description

• Analyzing the current business processes and scenarios with initial functional implementation and deliver detailed business-focused financial functions. • Recommend and suggest best practice solutions to clients and configurations after the client has accepted the analysis • Lead EBS R12.2 Financial Modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management) through complete implementation including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, build, test, go-live and post-production support • Create functional and design documents that align with business requirements and best practices. • Work with Project Manager, Solution Architect, Financials consultant and offshore development teams in completing the entire implementation • Raise issues and provide resolutions as identified to adhere to project schedule. • Provide functional implementation and support for both Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environments by completing support requests and resolving user or system issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required • 8-15 years of experience with Oracle methodology that includes gathering business requirements, designing business process flow diagrams, configurations, master data management, creating functional design documentation, and confirming technical design documents • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with high-level of customer and all level of colleagues within company • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment • Experience leading an entire project work stream for relevant Oracle applications • Strong mentoring skills and the ability to explain functional concepts to a wide variety of audiences • Strong full implementation lifecycle projects including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing support, data conversions, go-live and post go-live activities • Experience with Financial Modules life cycle implementation (General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management) is a must. Experience with other modules is a plus. • Experience working with offshore teams to successfully deliver projects. Experience creating functional design documents for offshore teams. • Enough SQL experience to assist in troubleshooting • Experience with conversion, upgrade, implement or enhancement project • Cloud experience is a plus
