You will provide consultations to our partners and be responsible for running growth campaigns for our partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in full-funnel campaign design and management across growth and brand, in relation to Web2 and Web3 experiences; case study & presentation required during the interview. • Proven track record in brand marketing, preferably in the blockchain industry and in-depth knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem. • Good grasp of Web3 user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey. • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics. • Strong leadership skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Passion for blockchain technology and the future of decentralized finance. • Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills. • Strongly entrepreneurial and autonomous, requiring minimum guidance, yet proactive in asking questions to get things done. • Be able to work across time zones with a global cross-functional team. • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
