📋 Description

• Lead the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user • Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps • Provide guidance to development teams to help them execute UX designs • Identify target user groups and carry out interviews or other types of inquiry to help understand user needs • Perform tests on user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages and banners • Participate in evaluating and integrating third-party tools and infrastructure components • Establish and maintain a product documentation library to be used by both the business and technical teams to ensure products adhere to UX best practices • Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior • Maintain a competitive edge against competitor products and industry trends • Understand product specifications and user psychology and predict what might work for both

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in UX/UI design, responsive and mobile design, and visual design • Strong, hands-on experience using Figma and Canva • Demonstrable experience conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills, ideally in high-growth organizations • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, delivery and outcomes • Experience leading design projects and facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholders • Experience with market and competitor analysis • Bonus Points • Experience with education platforms, LMS, or student data/reporting tools • Knowledge of the medical and nursing education markets • Familiarity with Monday (and Monday Dev), JIRA, Confluence or similar tools • Understanding of accessibility in the higher education technology space.
