📋 Description

• Conduct both on-site and virtual/phone assessments of prospects and clients. • Perform detailed property evaluations and summarize findings in internal reports with appropriate recommendations for loss improvement. • Assess sprinkler system adequacy and calculate Normal Loss Expectancies and Probable Maximum Loss Expectancies. • Evaluate Nat Cat exposures (flood, windstorm, hail, wildfire, etc.). • Provide support to underwriters, policyholders, and brokers.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with conducting HPR (Highly Protected Risk) Property surveys • Competency with NFPA and FM data sheets • Experience in analyzing loss data and evaluating sprinkler system adequacy • Proficiency with Microsoft suite tools and applications • Strong analytical and time management skills • Effective communication skills for working with underwriters, policyholders, and brokers • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong industry expertise in Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Hospitality • Education: Engineering, or comparable degree/experience • A minimum of 7 years of industry experience
