📋 Description
• Information gathering and validation: Conduct meetings or client contacts to understand their business rules and needs, presenting and validating the configurations implemented. • Contracts and system configuration: Configure contracts, grading/evaluation systems and other academic and financial settings, ensuring consistency with each institution's rules. • Validation and integration: Perform bank remittance and return tests and configure integration of tax invoices (notas fiscais) with municipal authorities. • Technical support: Resolve client issues proactively and accurately.
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of bank integration testing and tax invoice (nota fiscal) processes. • Ability to understand business rules and translate them into system solutions. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with ERP systems and task/activity management tools. • Experience in the education sector. • Knowledge of agile methodology.
