📋 Description
• Manage MEP scope from preconstruction through commissioning • Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, and vendor coordination • Lead constructability reviews and technical planning • Coordinate MEP trades and align schedules with field teams • Track MEP budgets, costs, and change orders • Support commissioning readiness and system turnover • Collaborate with controls, field, and commercial teams
🎯 Requirements
• 8–15+ years of MEP project management experience • Strong HVAC and mechanical systems understanding • Experience with large-scale or mission-critical construction • Proficiency with construction management tools and reporting
