📋 Description

• Lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects from initiation to closure • Develop and execute project plans, establish staffing requirements • Manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions • Work closely with stakeholders, team members, and senior management • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards • Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet • Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • MBA or relevant master's degree preferred • 5 to 10 years of experience in project management • Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM applications • Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong leadership skills and ability to provide guidance and support • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
