• Develop and implement near-term and comprehensive long-term investor relations strategy with a focus on Europe and aligned with global investor relations strategy • Maintain broad-based knowledge of argenx’s research and development pipeline and business strategies to represent company to the investment community • Collaborate with R&D and discovery teams in Ghent office to integrate key messages from pipeline programs, including early-stage assets, into IR narrative • Serve as a primary liaison to investment community in Europe and additional ex-US regions, including Middle East and Australia • Develop and implement core IR materials, including corporate presentations, press releases, conference call scripts and Q&A documents • Lead and manage corporate participation at European investor conferences, non-deal roadshows and assorted investor and analyst meetings • Contribute to development of the Annual Report and ESG strategy in partnership with legal and finance teams
• 10+ years’ IR experience or similar role in the biotech or pharma space • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills • Experience working and leading in a global workplace, driving strong teamwork and collaboration • Strong track record of building relationships with investor and analyst community • Experience developing executive level communications and engaging directly with senior management with minimal oversight • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience managing external agencies and budget • Candidates must have an excellent level of English communication skills, both verbal and written • Must exhibit argenx core values: innovation, excellence, empowerment, humility and co-creation • Willing to travel up to min. 30% of the time globally
