📋 Description
• Drive operational excellence and strengthen community coordination across Medical Affairs • Ensure efficient communication and processes within Medical Review Operations • Maintain and improve Medical Review workflows and community resources • Monitor timelines and operational KPIs, implementing necessary process improvements • Support onboarding and training across the Medical Review Community
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, business, or operational discipline • 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs operations, promotional/medical review operations, or a related regulated environment • Strong proficiency with Veeva Vault (PromoMats and MedComms) and Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) • Demonstrated experience managing complex workflows and coordinating cross-functional processes in a matrixed organization • Experience supporting or implementing operational systems, process improvements, and/or digital workflow solutions
