• Take ownership of company operations and deliver reliable and measurable results. • Design and improve processes to ensure smooth business operations. • Organize daily workflows, eliminating friction. • Lead projects across feature development and marketing with precision. • Manage freelancers effectively with clear expectations and quality outcomes. • Oversee support operations ensuring consistent standards and swift issue resolution. • Conduct regular quality audits and initiate enhancements as necessary. • Ensure legal and data protection compliance. • Own the product roadmap, defining, executing, and tracking milestones. • Analyze market data and competition for actionable insights. • Drive backlog planning and feature rollout on time. • Monitor operational KPIs, identifying risks promptly.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years in operations or product management (experience in apps an advantage). • Preferably a business or management bachelor’s degree. • Excellent command of English—German or Russian a plus. • Methodical, precise, and results-oriented in your approach.
