📋 Description
• Manage and optimize Shopify website pages (home, PDPs, landing pages) • Conduct UX tests and analyze heatmap/behavior data (Hotjar, Google Analytics) • Design digital visuals for campaigns, social media, and email • Curate photo/video content and maintain brand consistency • Use AI tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway ML) for creative mockups • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign performance and A/B test learnings
🎯 Requirements
• Experience—3–6 yrs in UX/UI, digital, or visual design (retail/lifestyle preferred). • Technical Skills—Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Hotjar/Lucky Orange • Soft Skills—Analytical yet creative mindset; detail-oriented and proactive • Shift—Must have prior graveyard shift experience with U.S. time overlap • Must speak and write English fluently. • Prefer graduates of the listed top PH design/tech universities. • Other - Must complete the Lux & Nyx Skills Test before final interview
