• Validate and review client data during onboarding • Support audit processes, including sample coordination and reporting • Assist with monthly governance and billing audits • QA monthly claim corrections and contribute to control report completion • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with liability insurance and claims workflows • Proficiency in Excel; basic SQL experience required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities • Experience interpreting insurance policy language required
