• Design, build, and deploy AI Agents using Agentforce • Develop and optimize conversational flows, intents, and prompt strategies • Implement secure and compliant AI solutions using Einstein Trust Layer • Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM workflows and third-party APIs • Create and manage Agent Actions to automate business processes • Monitor, fine-tune, and continuously improve AI Agent performance and accuracy
🎯 Requirements
