📋 Description

• Create clear, helpful user manuals, training guides, and onboarding materials to help users adopt and confidently use our tools. • Partner with product, sales and marketing teams to promote reuse, consistency, and alignment across teams and channels. • Design branded assets for sales deck, technical guides, landing pages, pitch decks, event/trade shows materials, and content assets (1 pagers, infographics, presentations). • Translate complex healthcare and AI concepts into clear, compelling visuals • Create and maintain a library of visual assets and templates for rapid execution • Collaborate with Product Designer and Engineers on Artisight internal tools • Contribute to building and maintaining a shared design system that unifies our product and client facing visuals—components, patterns, icons, typography, and brand standards. • Design lightweight flows, mockups, or UI concepts for internal projects • Advocate for visual consistency and accessibility in product interfaces • Ensure all designs meet healthcare constraints (privacy, regulatory, accessibility).

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in visual design (ideally in SaaS, product, or brand-driven environments) • A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellent visual design skill across digital and print (e.g., presentations, 1 pagers, marketing collateral, pitch decks, in-product UI) • Proficiency in industry standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop) • Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, spacing, colour theory, composition & iconography • Experience designing and maintaining with design systems: maintaining consistency, working with templates, creating reusable assets • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in digital design (especially important in healthcare contexts) • Can shift between marketing/brand-facing visuals and in-product UI work. • Ability to work in a startup environment with cross-functional collaboration and limited oversight.
